Hailstorm, heavy rain hit Okatjeru and Rundu

RAIN AND HAIL: While rainfall is not as widespread as it was a few weeks ago, some areas are still experiencing substantial rainfall and intense weather. Okatjeru, near Grootfontein, is one such place that recently saw notable showers, which were accompanied by a severe hailstorm. The intense weather was captured by Facebook user Joseph Nependa, who shared footage of the drenched ground covered in hail. Rundu, in the Kavango East Region, also experienced severe weather this week, causing widespread flooding in parts of the town, affecting homes and roads.
