ReconAfrica advances Kavango West 1X production test

Staff Writer Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (ReconAfrica) says it is moving closer to production testing at its Kavango West 1X well in Namibia, with testing expected to begin before the end of May. The company, also known as ReconAfrica, said the operations are being conducted in partnership with Namcor and BW Energy. ReconAfrica said equipment and services needed for the production test have already been mobilised to the site through Namibian and international suppliers.
