Man fatally shot over cellphone theft

OSHAKATI – A 23-year-old man was allegedly shot and killed by a police officer after reportedly robbing someone of a cellphone at Etango Mall in Oshakati last Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Titus Titus, a resident of Uupindi. According to Oshana police commander, Commissioner Andreas Shilelo, the incident followed an alleged cellphone robbery....
