Nekundi assesses Kunene roads

OPUWO – Transport Minister Veikko Nekundi on Wednesday assessed the Opuwo-Oruvandjei road in the Kunene region following complaints from communities over poor road conditions affecting motorists and access to essential services.

Oruvandjei is located about 55 kilometres from Opuwo, with the affected section of the road passing through Kaoko-Otavi towards Oruvandjei, extending further to areas such as Orupembe and Otjinungwa, where residents have raised concerns about the difficult travelling conditions.
