The City of Windhoek has dismissed allegations on social media accusing its parks manager, Ukazuvaka Kazombiaze, popularly known as Wakka, of being unqualified and appointed through nepotism.

The city describes the claims as false, malicious and intended to damage the institution’s reputation.
