High Court Judge Thomas Masuku has suspended the implementation of a vote of no confidence that led to the removal of two Keetmanshoop councillors on the Landless People’s Movement ticket in May.
Given on Monday, the order directs the immediate reinstatement of Annelise Knaus and Easter Isaak into their positions, pending the final determination of the case.
Both served on the town’s management committee.
