SWAKOPMUND – The alleged Old Mutual insurance fraud investigation has widened after a City of Windhoek employee was arrested in connection with a scheme that allegedly involved fake death certificates and fraudulent insurance claims worth millions.
According to court documents, Doreen Zullnola Zamuee appeared in the Katutura Magistrate’s Court on Monday. She stands accused of fraud, forgery and uttering.
Her case was transferred to the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court.
