Company Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive advisory services and administrative support to the board of directors of the company, its committees and members;

• The company secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented;

• Manage and maintain a strategic framework that provides the necessary context for legal advice for the board and senior management which will cover legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters;
