Savanna Beef to hold AGM, consider financial statements

Savanna Beef Processors Limited will hold its fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13 August, where shareholders will consider the company’s annual financial statements, auditor appointment and changes to the board of directors.

The Namibia Stock Exchange (NSX)-listed beef processor said the meeting will provide shareholders with feedback on the company’s activities, while also considering a number of ordinary resolutions in accordance with the Companies Act.
