Fuel station approved for Elisenheim estate

The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy has approved a retail licence for a new service station at Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate, paving the way for the development of a long-awaited fuel supply facility in Windhoek’s rapidly expanding northern corridor.

The approval allows Petrosol Petroleum Solutions CC to proceed with plans to establish the Elisenheim Service Station in partnership with Elisenheim Property Development Company Limited.

The project is expected to provide fuel and convenience retail services to more than 5 000 residents living in approximately 1 500 households at the estate, where the nearest filling station is currently more than seven kilometres a way.
