Teacher by day, job creator by night …young entrepreneur proves success is measured by lives changed

At a time when many young graduates are seeking employment, Tuuliki Tuhafeni Shaanika (26) is quietly building something she believes has even greater value: opportunities for others.

By sunrise, she is in a grade 2 classroom, shaping young minds.

By sunset, she is running a beauty and wellness business, employing seven young Namibians. In between, she is pursuing postgraduate studies and finding time to support vulnerable learners in her community. Her story is less about balancing multiple careers than about redefining what success looks like in modern Namibia.

For Shaanika, success is not measured by titles, qualifications or financial gain.

It is measured by the number of lives she can positively influence.
