The recently concluded Namibia Football Association (NFA) Cup, along with other competitions under the NFA, has sparked debate among fans over the disparity in prize money awarded to men’s and women’s football teams.

A source asked why NFA continues to allow the disparity and when the institution will actively inject and boost women’s football as it does the male counterparts.
