CRAN unveils 2026-2030 strategic roadmap
The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) has unveiled its Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP) for 2026 to 2030, setting out a forward-looking roadmap to advance a secure, inclusive, innovative and resilient communications sector that supports Namibia's digital transformation and national development priorities.

The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) has unveiled its Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP) for 2026 to 2030, setting out a forward-looking roadmap to advance a secure, inclusive, innovative and resilient communications sector that supports Namibia’s digital transformation and national development priorities.

The new four-year strategy marks an important chapter in CRAN’s evolution and is the culmination of a comprehensive process of reflection, consultation, and strategic planning.
As CRAN embarks on this new strategic cycle, it does so from a position of strength, having successfully concluded its 2023 to 2026 Strategic Plan on 31 March 2026 with an 83% completion rate.
