NAC ordered to let Puma resume airport fuelling

The Windhoek High Court has clarified that an earlier order restoring Puma Energy Namibia’s possession of airport facilities also required the Namibia Airports Company (NAC) to allow the company to resume its aviation fuelling business at Eros and Andimba Toivo ya Toivo airports.

The clarification comes in a fresh judgment by acting judge James Devittie following a dispute over NAC’s compliance with a 2 April 2026 order granted by judge Gabriel Komboni.

Komboni had ordered NAC to restore Puma’s possession of specified premises and refuelling facilities at the two airports after Puma was locked out of operational areas in March.
