Following the recent resignation of the Chief Executive Officer, Stanley Shanapinda, Telecom Namibia’s Board of Directors have appointed Armando Perny as Acting Chief Executive Officer for one month, effective 1 July 2026.
Perny brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of Telecom Namibia’s operations and strategic priorities. His leadership will ensure continuity and stability as the Board undertakes the process of appointing a substantive CEO.
