The High Court has temporarily reinstated two members of the Keetmanshoop municipality management committee after suspending the implementation of a council resolution that removed them from office.
This comes after the court interdicted the Keetmanshoop Municipal Council, its management committee and other respondents from implementing resolutions adopted on 7 May and 4 June, through which a vote of no confidence was passed against the two councillors, leading to their removal from the management committee.
