Oryx Properties Limited has received approval from the Namibian Competition Commission (NaCC) for its proposed acquisition of a large industrial warehouse for N$251.2 million, excluding transaction costs.
The property company announced on Friday that NaCC had approved the proposed merger between Oryx Properties, Kalahari Expeditions Close Corporation and Zeal Properties One Hundred and Five Close Corporation without conditions.
