Brother rapes 10-year-old sister at Outapi

A man (18) allegedly raped his biological sister (10) at Tobias Hainyeko at Outapi on Wednesday afternoon. This was confirmed by Omusati police regional commander Ismael Basson. Basson says the incident happened while sleeping in a room with others. He says the suspect has not been arrested and police investigations continue.
