Japanese volunteer helps transform Karibib’s environment

KARIBIB – When Japanese volunteer Soichiro Namba arrived in Karibib earlier this year, he did not immediately begin introducing new projects.

Instead, he spent his first month accompanying the town’s waste collection teams, observing their daily work and learning about the community’s environmental challenges.
