This weekend was dominated by incidents of murder, attempted murder, robbery, stock theft, assault, fraud, suicide, drowning, house breaking and rape.

Murder

On Saturday at a residence in One Nation location, a one-year-old baby died after the suspected intoxicated father allegedly dropped the baby. The child sustained injuries and was declared dead at the Katutura State Hospital.

At Narraville in Walvis Bay, a woman discovered the body of a stillborn baby. It is suspected that an unknown suspect gave birth to a baby, placed the baby in a black plastic and dropped it in the yard when the house owner was out. Police investigation continues.
