BAYNES HYDRO PROJECT FACES LOCAL COMMUNITY SCRUTINY

More than two thousand people have signed a petition handed to Industries, Mines and Energy Minister Modestus Amutse by representatives of the Ovahimba and Ovatjimba communities over the proposed Baynes Hydropower Dam.
