The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia and the Namibia Public Workers Union signed a Memorandum of Agreement providing for a 5% wage increase for employees within the bargaining unit for the 2026/2027 financial year, on Wednesday in Windhoek.
The agreement follows successful wage negotiations conducted in accordance with the Recognition and Procedural Agreement between the two parties and concluded on 27 July.
