THE Livestock and Livestock Products Board of Namibia (LLPBN) has introduced changes to the livestock trade permit regime aimed at improving trade facilitation and providing greater flexibility for importers and traders.
The changes allow for the transfer of ownership of consignments of controlled livestock products stored in registered bonded facilities, subject to compliance with relevant legislation governing livestock, animal health, customs and trade.
