MTC Tops Namibia's Public Enterprise Governance Rankings

Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) has been ranked Namibia’s best-governed commercial public enterprise in the inaugural IJG Annual Public Enterprise Governance Ranking 2026, cementing its reputation for strong corporate governance, financial discipline and sustainable business performance.

The independent ranking assessed commercial public enterprises over the five-year period from 2021 to 2025, evaluating organisations on governance and performance indicators including transparency, profitability, contributions to the national fiscus and executive leadership stability. MTC emerged as the country’s top-performing public enterprise, reflecting its commitment to accountability, innovation and responsible leadership.
