THE Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) and the Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) providing for a five percent (5%) wage increase for employees within the bargaining unit for the 2026/2027 financial year on 12 August 2026 in Windhoek.

The agreement follows successful wage negotiations conducted in accordance with the Recognition and Procedural Agreement between the two parties, which concluded on 27 July 2026.
