VICE PRESIDENT Lucia Witbooi has called on churches in Namibia to strengthen their partnership with government in addressing social challenges, including moral decline, corruption, substance abuse and gender-based violence.
Witbooi made the remarks during the Annual General Meeting of the Council of Churches in Namibia (CCN) in Windhoek on Wednesday, where she highlighted the important role of faith-based institutions in promoting unity, social cohesion and national development.
