WINDHOEK – Cabinet has approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Namibia and the Republic of Congo on cooperation in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), authorising Minister Emma Theofelus to sign the agreement on behalf of the Namibian government.

The announcement was made by Deputy Minister of ICT, Wenzel Kavaka, on Thursday, at the government information centre, where he said the approval forms part of decisions taken during the 22nd and 23rd Cabinet meetings, which also focused on regional cooperation, employment opportunities, education, transport, climate and social development.
