The 2026 Standard Bank Biomass Fair is set to take place in Otjiwarongo from today until 8 August, bringing together businesses, farmers, investors and policymakers to explore new opportunities in Namibia’s growing biomass industry.

Hosted by Standard Bank Namibia in partnership with the Namibia Biomass Industry Group (N-BiG), the fair will be held under the theme “Powering Namibia’s Bioeconomy”.
The event has become one of Namibia’s largest platforms for the biomass sector, where industry players will discuss investment, innovation and ways to expand the country’s bioeconomy.
