There is a need for engagement among revival churches, traditional authorities, rural communities, communal land boards, the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, regional and local authorities, the Namibia Council of Churches, and appropriate constitutional rights institutions, so that the question of church land and the exercise of religious freedom in rural areas can be addressed lawfully, peacefully and constructively.
