NAMIBIA SEEKS ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE THROUGH RUSSIA

Namibia is eager to build on the support it received from the former Soviet Union during Africa's struggle for political freedom by pursuing economic independence through cooperation with Russia and other African countries.
