OPUWO – Opuwo Mayor Kasipo Kakondo says the town council is making steady progress on key infrastructure projects aimed at improving water supply, sanitation and road networks despite challenges affecting service delivery.

Speaking to Nampa yesterday, Kakondo acknowledged that Opuwo continues to experience challenges, particularly water shortages and deteriorating road conditions.
