THE City of Windhoek has joined global urban transport discussions in Moscow, Russia, as cities seek solutions to growing congestion, rising populations and the need for smarter, more sustainable mobility systems.
Windhoek is participating in the 5th International Transport Summit, which brings together more than 140 delegates from 43 cities, including government representatives, mayors, transport authorities, urban planners and industry leaders.
